It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of Mr. Dale Skinner, former NPSB superintendent. Mr. Skinner dedicated over 51 years of his life to the field of education. His journey was nothing short of remarkable—spanning decades as a coach and principal at Natchitoches Central High School before serving as superintendent for the final six years of his career. He was an inspirational leader who showed unwavering commitment to education in Natchitoches Parish.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. Our community is forever grateful for his tireless service, and he will always be remembered as a pillar of strength and inspiration for Natchitoches Parish.
