We are excited to announce our registration information for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year!
All registration packets will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 5th at our front entrance from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. Please bring the following documents when you come to pick up your student's registration packet:
Returning Eagles
- Proof of residency
- Picture ID of parent/guardian
New Eagles
- Proof of residency
- Picture ID of parent/guardian
- Student’s birth certificate
- Student’s social security card
- Student’s immunization record
- Student’s last report card
